Kempton Park

Kempton Park

The Jockey Club (using Renrow Housing) are continuing to try to develop a large area of Kempton Park, with it is rumoured, up to 1500 houses. They are fully aware that this is all Green Belt land and that Spelthorne Borough Council's Local Plan states clearly that Spelthorne BC opposes Green Belt development. The Jockey Club/Renrow Housing plans are thus in blatant contradiction to the Spelthorne clearly stated and lawful policies. Why the Jockey Club/Renrow Housing believe they can promote proposals in this manner? Presumably, they believe their plans outweigh Spelthorne BC's Policies.

Spelthorne residents should rest assured that the Conservative Councillors will apply these policies clearly and unambiguously.
