The Jockey Club claimed in December last year that there were “no plans to develop Kempton Park”; however we now understand that an application for thousands of new homes on the racecourse will shortly be submitted.

Full transparency on any current or future development plans
Clear infrastructure commitments before any proposal is considered
Meaningful consultation with local residents
