Mark has lived in Staines all his life a proud 
resident of Staines and a family man with deep roots in the community, Mark Francis is 
dedicated to serving the town he loves. With over a decade of experience as a local Councillor, Mark has a proven track record of delivering 
results and making a positive impact.

Experience:
- Former Staines Local Councillor (2011)
- Mayor of Spelthorne
- Served on key committees, including Overview and Scrutiny, Planning, Licensing, and Staines-upon-Thames Economic Development
- Supporter of Spelthorne Business Forum

Priorities:
- Listening to and serving the needs of local residents
- Economic development to drive growth and opportunity in Staines
- Supporting local businesses and initiatives
- Delivering effective flood prevention and response measures
