Richard was re-elected in the 4th May 2017 County Council elections with a 1506 majority

Richard is currently the Cabinet Member for Localities and Community Wellbeing on Surrey County Council.

Watersplash Farm campaign

Gravel:

We continue to fight the gravel application at Watersplash Farm and stop a further 300 HGV’s per day on Shepperton roads.

Station Road campaign

Drainage/Roads:

We have constantly been improving the roads and pavements and we have been working towards fixing the drainage/flooding problems in the area.

HGV campaign

HGV:

We want the Littleton Lane Industrial site to go (due by 2019) to reduce the number of HGV’s on our local roads.
